Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Provide safe and high-quality aesthetic treatments, including toxins, chemical peels, and at-home facials in clients' residences.

• Complete necessary live training for neurotoxin injectables.

• Engage in virtual training sessions that cover chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and techniques for at-home facials.

• Serve clients through Pinch marketing initiatives and personal networks.

• Ensure appointment availability ranging from 4 to 24 hours each week.

• Responsibly manage products and supplies.

• Maintain precise and timely records for clients.

• Adhere to Pinch protocols and best practices.

• Collaborate with fellow providers and the Pinch team.

• Utilize Pinch marketing tools to enhance client retention, facilitate patient outreach, and drive business growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active APRN license in Arizona.

• Certification in injectables or the capability to obtain the Pinch Injectables Master Certification.

• Passion for aesthetics and a desire to help clients feel their best.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to grow your practice flexibly.

• Previous experience in aesthetics, an existing patient network, or a willingness to expand your practice through events, influencer collaborations, photoshoots, and more is advantageous.

• For those new to injectables or aesthetics, completion of one of the specified in-person Arizona trainings is required prior to starting, along with full attendance on the selected date(s).

• Ability to provide appointment availability averaging 4 to 24 hours per week.
