This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Analysis of judicial decisions (sentences, judgments, monocratic decisions, and compliance decisions).

• Preparation of statements.

• Calculation of the condemnation amount as dictated by the respective judicial decision.

• Issuance of court costs.

• Updating both client and firm systems with the breakdown of amounts derived from the condemnation calculations.

• Preparation of verification submissions, summons to order, collection of court orders, execution of sentences, responses regarding calculations, document submission, and replies to dispatches with proper protocol and updates to both internal and client systems.

• Completing the client platform (Agreement Simulator).

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed Higher Education.

• Active OAB registration.

• Preferable experience in mass litigation.

• Experience in Condemnation Calculations is a plus.
