Senior Commercial Counsel – Enterprise West

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a key contributor to Optro’s growing legal team

• Focus on Enterprise transactions and assist West Coast Area Directors along with their teams

• Independently manage legal negotiations with clients

• Offer general advice on subscription agreements, data processing agreements, partner agreements, and vendor agreements

• Develop initiatives aimed at optimizing Optro’s contracting process as the company expands

• Collaborate with prospective customers, partners, vendors, internal stakeholders, and executives from sales and information security

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of in-house transactional experience with direct engagement with customers, partners, vendors, internal stakeholders, and executives

• More than 5 years of experience in negotiating SaaS agreements, Amendments, and Order Forms with enterprise clients

• Knowledge of the complete contract lifecycle from NDA to internal approvals and final signatures

• Outstanding organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in editing and managing contracts using Microsoft Office and Google Product Suites

• A growth-oriented mindset with the capability to oversee multiple simultaneous projects to completion within established timelines

• Team-oriented attitude and adaptability to resolve unique issues in real-time

• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of residence

• Background check required
