This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Complete a customized training program that encompasses county court procedures, legal principles, and litigation strategies.

• Observe seasoned team members in drafting documents, preparing cases, attending court hearings, and analyzing and reporting on cases.

• Upon approval, engage in drafting, advisory, and court-related work under guidance.

• Directly interact with clients.

• Enhance advocacy and litigation abilities while increasing the complexity and scope of work in accordance with rights of audience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Aspiring to build a career at the Employed Bar.

• Successfully completed an LLB (or an equivalent qualification).

• Successfully completed the BPTC (or an equivalent qualification).

• Reside in the Northwest of England to facilitate travel to Courts on the Northern Circuit.

• Previous experience in advocacy is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Previous experience as a paralegal or in litigation, especially within one of the specified practice areas, is preferred but not required.
