Advisory Consultant, Financial Edge NXT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide tailored prescriptive consulting services to a varied portfolio of Financial Edge NXT clients.

• Assess customer requirements and develop strategies to adopt or enhance functionalities to meet desired objectives.

• Engage with clients throughout their journey, from initial implementation to contract renewal.

• Assist clients with new software updates, adjustments in business processes, onboarding of new staff, and maximizing software value.

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and other service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Contribute to the development of new success-service offerings by sharing insights and expertise.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction.

• Serve as a subject matter expert during sales discussions to promote Advisory+ services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in using, supporting, or consulting on Blackbaud Financial Edge (FE7 and FENXT).

• Experience in various accounting domains is preferred.

• Comfortable interacting with key stakeholders and end-users.

• Proven experience in driving organizational change and providing recommendations to clients.

• Strong attention to detail in comprehending customer needs.

• Capability to effectively manage a portfolio of clients.

• Self-motivated individual with proactive management of customer obligations with minimal supervision.
