This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Act as the main liaison between Jordan Creek Financial Solutions and affiliated financial professionals.
• Collaborate with OSJ Supervisors and financial professionals to convey policies and procedures, disseminate Cambridge information, and enhance advisor relationships.
• Oversee personal securities activities and assess or authorize sales activities and correspondence.
• Serve as a resource for escalation for supervisors, financial professionals, and their designees.
• Recognize and address the needs of financial professionals by utilizing data, providing responsive service, and ensuring consistent follow-through.
• Evaluate, analyze, and approve daily new business promptly.
• Assist with account documentation and system updates.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for daily processes and procedures.
• Monitor escalated issues until resolution.
• Offer insights on business strategies, industry developments, and branch expansion, including conducting office visits and training sessions when suitable.
• Work collaboratively across the firm on strategic initiatives and reinforce internal policies, regulatory obligations, and clearing-firm practices.
• Establish a consistent, high-quality experience for advisors and promote sustainable growth throughout the Jordan Creek network.
• Adhere to position-specific service standards and aid in defining, measuring, and reporting on new benchmarks.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and/or training.
• Series 99 license is mandatory.
• Series 7 and/or Series 24 licenses are preferred.
• Excellent judgment, problem-solving, communication, presentation, planning, and relationship-management abilities.
• Capability to interpret financial statements, regulatory guidance, policies, procedures, and legal or technical information.
• Proficiency in prioritizing multiple projects, working efficiently under pressure, and adapting to evolving business conditions.
