Advisor – EX Data and Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Creates standard reports to fulfill frequent requests for EX data from the organization.

• Designs EX-specific dashboards or scorecards that showcase key and relevant data.

• Develops analytical models, performs data analysis, and generates insights to guide EX initiatives and decisions.

• Reviews and prioritizes ad hoc requests for EX data.

• Addresses ad hoc requests for EX data by probing to understand the requestor’s needs, analyzing pertinent data, and offering recommendations to enhance decision-making.

• Assists EX projects and initiatives with data analysis, insight generation, and recommendations that enhance decisions.

• Aids in the creation of presentation materials that incorporate relevant data, visuals, and effective storytelling.

• Contributes to data governance processes by monitoring data quality, addressing or escalating issues, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Requires a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, HR, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other quantitative fields, along with 2-4 years of experience.

• Must demonstrate sensitivity, tact, and responsiveness in various situations while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

• Requires meticulous attention to detail and accuracy; possesses statistical, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures is essential.

• A team-oriented mindset with a results-driven approach and adaptability to changing priorities is desired.

• Proven experience using analytic and query tools is essential.

• Proven experience with HR Information Systems (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft, Ultipro) is required.
