This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Facilitate collaboration across various disciplines on projects with designated client and agency groups.

• Evaluate production vendors for quality and value, and assist in negotiating agency and vendor proposals.

• Participate in scoping, pre-bid, and strategy meetings to ensure alignment of creative direction, timelines, and budget.

• Uphold client policies, production guidelines, and industry best practices.

• Engage in discussions regarding budget and bid negotiations for Animation and VFX projects.

• Examine Animation and VFX production specifications, schedules, and budgets to ensure accuracy.

• Provide education to clients and APR teams on production technologies, AI workflows, animation techniques, and VFX.

• Discover opportunities to utilize and repurpose creative assets through innovative technology.

• Keep abreast of advancements in AI within post-production, editorial, VFX, and workflow solutions.

• Document APR savings, confirm the accuracy of final jobs, and input project information into Acero.

• Monitor savings, key performance indicators (KPIs), and cost drivers.

• Engage in discussions as a subject matter expert and contribute to case studies.

• Establish and nurture relationships with clients and agencies while supporting clients, agencies, and internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10 years of extensive experience in producing video content for an advertising or production firm (line producer or executive producer).

• Skilled in using Google Suite.

• Working knowledge of VFX programs, technologies, and AI workflow solutions.

• Friendly, cooperative, and diplomatic by nature.

• Capable of influencing and impacting others on critically significant projects.

• Familiarity with union crew labor, SAG regulations, and regional market rates.
