Advanced Specialist, Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery process for a medium-to-large program or multiple teams.

• Manage dependencies across teams, address critical paths, and mitigate risks.

• Organize release planning and execution across various teams and platforms.

• Deliver executive-level transparency regarding status, risks, and necessary decisions.

• Align teams with business priorities, contractual commitments, and platform investments.

• Facilitate program ceremonies, planning sessions, and cross-team collaboration.

• Enhance delivery processes and predictability across teams.

• Utilize AI and project management tools for effective planning, reporting, and risk analysis.

• Mentor and guide project managers.

• Lead cross-team initiatives without having formal authority.

• Take part in recruitment and hiring processes.

• Provide input for performance evaluations and development discussions for coordinated staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with practical experience.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project, program, or delivery management.

• Proven experience leading enterprise software delivery and operating in scaled/Agile delivery environments.

• Track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional programs and teams distributed globally.

• Expertise in program/delivery management, including planning, dependency and risk management, release coordination, and executive reporting.

• Technical proficiency in cloud technologies, microservices, APIs, or CI/CD to aid decision-making.

• Exceptional skills in executive communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

• Capability to drive delivery across globally distributed teams, both onshore and offshore.

• Ability to lead and influence without formal authority, with strong mentoring and coaching skills.

• Competence in resolving ambiguity and balancing competing priorities and constraints.

• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or similar certification is strongly preferred, though not mandatory.
