Advanced Nurse Practitioner – Adult RN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide remote primary care consultations to customers of Bupa Health Clinics.

• Offer Advanced Nurse Practice primary care services remotely.

• Refer customers for in-person care at a Bupa Centre or other primary or secondary care providers when necessary.

• Conduct clinical work in alignment with the National Framework of Advanced Clinical Practice, the NMC professional code, and the Bupa code of conduct.

• Operate within individual clinical scope and refer customers to a GP or other clinician as required.

• Engage in incident reporting and investigations.

• Participate in internal competency assessments and annual clinical reviews.

• Complete NMC revalidation every three years.

• Provide best-practice care to corporate and self-paying primary care customers.

• Uphold professional and customer service standards.

• Offer suggestions to the remote clinical leadership team for ongoing improvement.

• Promote Bupa and foster effective relationships with colleagues, corporate clients, and customers.

• Advocate for other Bupa services and internal referral pathways.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a UK-based Adult Nurse with NMC registration.

• Current NMC Registration (Adult Nurse) with no practice restrictions.

• MSc or PGDip in Advanced Clinical Practice (essential).

• Independent prescribing qualification (V300).

• Minimum of three years of clinical practice as a registered Nurse.

• At least two years of experience as a Primary Care Advanced Nurse Practitioner.

• Minimum of two years as an Independent Prescriber.

• Current Basic Life Support Certificate.

• Current Safeguarding Children and Adult Level 3 certification.

• Ability to demonstrate the implementation of the four pillars of advanced practice.

• Minimum availability of 16 hours / 4 sessions per week.

• Willingness to work evening and weekend sessions.

• Availability to complete induction Monday–Friday during office hours.

• Previous remote working experience (desirable).

• Prior experience in private practice (desirable).
