Advanced Care RN – Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional patient care to acute care populations within their homes.

• Employ monitoring, assessment, planning, intervention, and critical-thinking abilities.

• Guide patients and their families throughout Hicuity Health’s various phases of care.

• Observe and react to biometric data in accordance with Hicuity Health protocols.

• Perform home and audio/visual patient-care visits as instructed by the care team or established protocols.

• Execute care-plan interventions effectively with a focus on patient-centered approaches.

• Utilize Hicuity Health team and supplier-partner resources to enhance collaborative workflows, standards, policies, protocols, guidelines, and documentation systems.

• Adhere to clinical protocols and complete necessary training to provide evidence-based care.

• Foster professional practice and a culture centered on safety.

• Engage in process-improvement initiatives.

• Acquire certifications required by Hicuity Health.

⛳️ Requirements

• Part-time schedule: 7:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m. PST, with a minimum of 3 shifts per week.

• Possession of an active, unencumbered California state license is mandatory.

• RN Compact (multi-state) license alongside a California license is preferred.

• A minimum of three years of RN experience is required.

• Experience in Med/Surg or nursing within an inpatient hospitalized setting is essential.

• Strong clinical knowledge is necessary.

• Ability to promote patient safety and ensure a positive patient experience.

• Flexibility and adaptability in a changing, dynamic work environment across various shifts and days.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Commitment to ongoing learning and continuing education for diverse patient populations.

• Skill in collaboration, advocacy, and professional mentorship.

• Establish and maintain collaborative, respectful relationships with colleagues and clients.

• Must secure all certifications as mandated by Hicuity Health.

• This position may be performed remotely from any location in the United States, with the exception of Washington, California, New York, Nevada, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Montana, Illinois, or Colorado.
