📋 Description

• Act as the main contact for various accounts

• Manage client expectations and guarantee the delivery of top-quality products

• Implement intricate analytical workflows, which include OSINT investigations, web scraping, and enhanced due diligence (EDD)

• Review, audit, and consolidate technical data from multiple teams

• Convert raw data into comprehensive, high-level intelligence reports

• Analyze extensive datasets to extract key insights and pinpoint actionable intelligence

• Simplify complex findings into executive-level presentations and deliver intelligence reports

• Collaborate across teams to align technical product requirements with changing client demands

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in client-facing positions

• In-depth technical or professional knowledge in at least one of the following areas: banking and regulatory compliance; cryptocurrency, including blockchain forensics, smart contract analysis, and crypto-native systems and terminology; OSINT (Open-Source Intelligence)

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage diverse, competing stakeholder requests

• Flexible schedule and readiness to occasionally work beyond standard business hours for urgent client needs or global time-zone considerations

• Proficient in English

• Successful completion of a background check is mandatory

• US citizenship is preferred but not required for eligibility for specific government-contracted projects and sensitive datasets
