Ads Creative Strategist – E-commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Conduct research and stay updated on TikTok and Instagram Reels trends.

• Gain a thorough understanding of each client's brand, values, target audience, and specific needs.

• Produce comprehensive script briefs for content creators, detailing full video concepts and necessary B-roll footage.

• Research, reach out to, select, and coordinate with content creators for each project.

• Assemble content-creator teams that align with client brands and target audience objectives.

• Clearly communicate project scope to prospective content creators.

• Execute quality control on received content and variations of video ads.

• Offer constructive feedback on submitted content.

• Interact directly with clients as needed.

• Support other tasks as requested by the Product Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in producing engaging creative content across various niches.

• Thorough knowledge of social media trends and algorithms, especially on TikTok and Instagram Reels.

• Capability to identify and strategize around customer-avatar pain points across different niches.

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.

• Strong skills in presentation, organization, and time management.

• Proficient in planning ahead, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality work promptly.

• High level of accountability, responsiveness, problem-solving, and critical/analytical thinking.

• A growth-oriented and results-driven mindset.

• Capacity to accept and implement constructive criticism.

• Familiarity with autonomous work and effective time management.

• Availability and responsiveness during office hours, Monday to Friday, from 3–6 PM BCN time.

• Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop or PC.

• Willingness to participate in virtual video conferences.

• Proficiency in English.

• Previous remote work experience is a plus.
