Ads Creative Strategist – E-commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Panama.

📋 Description

• Conduct research and outreach to identify potential content creators

• Stay informed about the latest trends and algorithms on TikTok and Instagram Reels

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of each client’s brand, values, target audience, and specifications

• Create in-depth script briefs for content creators, including B-roll footage and complete video concepts

• Coordinate with potential content creators and assemble teams for individual projects

• Select and organize content creators for various projects

• Conduct quality control on video ad variations and content received

• Provide constructive feedback on creator-generated content

• Occasionally communicate directly with clients

• Support with additional tasks as directed by the Product Manager

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in crafting engaging creative content across diverse niches

• Demonstrated knowledge of social media trends, especially on TikTok and Instagram Reels

• Ability to recognize and strategize around customer-avatar pain points across various niches

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, organizational, and time-management abilities

• Capability to develop creative concepts based on current and anticipated trends

• Strong sense of accountability, responsiveness, deadline management, problem-solving, and critical/analytical thinking

• Growth-oriented and results-driven mindset; willing to accept and apply constructive feedback

• Familiarity with independent work and efficient time management

• Availability and responsiveness during office hours, Monday to Friday, from 3–6 PM BCN time

• Reliable internet connection and a laptop or PC; capable of participating in virtual video conferences

• Proficiency in spoken and written English

• Previous remote work experience is a plus
