Ads Creative Strategist – E-commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct research and initiate contact with prospective content creators

• Stay informed about the latest trends on TikTok and Instagram Reels

• Acquire a thorough understanding of each client’s brand identity, values, target audience, and specific needs

• Develop comprehensive script briefs that adhere to brand standards

• Incorporate complete video footage and necessary B-roll concepts within creative campaign briefs

• Collaborate with content creators throughout the duration of each project

• Assemble and organize teams of content creators for various projects

• Formulate script briefs based on trending topics

• Ensure the quality of video ad variations and the content provided

• Choose content creators that align with each brand's target audience objectives

• Offer constructive feedback on the content submitted

• Directly communicate with clients as needed

• Support additional tasks as assigned by the Product Manager

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record in creating engaging and creative content across various niches

• Clear understanding of social media trends, specifically TikTok and Instagram Reels

• In-depth knowledge of social media trends and algorithms

• Ability to identify and strategize around customer-avatar challenges in different niches

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities

• Proficiency in English

• Strong skills in presentation, organization, and time management

• Capability to plan in advance, meet deadlines, and work adaptively

• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time

• Proficient problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical capabilities

• A growth-oriented and results-driven mindset

• Capacity to receive and implement constructive feedback

• Availability and responsiveness from Monday to Friday, 3–6 PM BCN time

• Reliable internet connection

• Ability to participate in virtual video meetings
