Ads Creative Strategist – E-commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Conduct research and initiate contact with potential content creators

• Track trends on TikTok and Instagram Reels

• Create client-specific script briefs that align with brand guidelines, customer personas, and campaign ideas

• Incorporate necessary B-roll footage concepts into script briefs

• Collaborate with content creators and assemble teams for projects

• Communicate project details to prospective content creators

• Select and coordinate content creators for each assignment

• Execute quality control on video ad variations and submitted content

• Offer constructive feedback on received content

• Occasionally engage directly with clients

• Support with additional tasks as needed by the Product Manager

⛳️ Requirements

• A creative mindset and a thorough understanding of social media trends and algorithms, especially for TikTok and Instagram Reels

• Capability to identify and devise strategies for customer-avatar challenges across diverse niches

• Proven track record in producing captivating creative content across various niches

• Solid knowledge of TikTok and Instagram Reels trends

• Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, organizational, and time-management abilities

• Skill in developing creative concepts based on current and anticipated trends

• Accountability, responsiveness, effective deadline management, problem-solving, and critical/analytical thinking skills

• A growth-oriented and results-driven approach; capacity to accept and implement constructive criticism

• Familiarity with independent work and time management

• Availability and responsiveness from Monday to Friday, 3–6 PM BCN time

• Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop or PC; ability to participate in virtual video conferences

• Proficiency in English, including exceptional verbal and written communication skills
