This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, initiate, oversee, and enhance campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, X, and programmatic media.
• Assist in direct publisher partnerships along with other integrated paid media initiatives.
• Manage daily campaign pacing and performance in accordance with approved budgets, schedules, target audiences, and media strategies.
• Refine bids, budgets, target audiences, placements, inventory, creative assets, and frequency.
• Conduct quality assurance before and after campaign launches, focusing on targeting, budgets, creative elements, tracking, URLs, and campaign configurations.
• Identify delivery, tracking, and performance challenges, and collaborate with senior team members and platform partners to resolve them.
• Provide support for trafficking, tracking, quality assurance, Floodlights, and reporting within Campaign Manager 360.
• Collaborate with external programmatic teams and media partners regarding launches, creative trafficking, performance, and optimizations.
• Extract, organize, and analyze campaign performance data across various platforms and reporting tools.
• Compose campaign insights that articulate results, significance, optimizations, and subsequent actions.
• Aid in the preparation of recurring campaign reports and both internal and client-facing deliverables.
• Maintain documentation related to campaigns, optimization logs, naming conventions, and campaign management protocols.
• Grasp campaign objectives, target audiences, media strategies, and key performance indicators to ensure execution aligns with overarching strategy.
• Keep abreast of platform capabilities, advertising best practices, and changes in the digital media landscape.
• Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of experience in paid media, digital advertising, performance media, media planning/buying, or ad operations.
• Practical experience with one or more digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, or a programmatic DSP.
• Knowledge of campaign setup, targeting, creative trafficking, pacing, optimization, and reporting.
• Strong analytical abilities and a keen interest in utilizing campaign data to spot trends, performance drivers, and areas for enhancement.
• Excellent writing skills, capable of converting campaign performance data into clear, succinct insights.
• Ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies as appropriate.
• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality assurance.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, enabling the management of multiple campaigns, tasks, and deadlines concurrently.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with a willingness to ask questions, investigate issues, and learn new platforms and processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with both internal team members and external media partners.
• Preferred, but not mandatory: Experience with Campaign Manager 360, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, familiarity with programmatic advertising/DSPs, GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, Supermetrics or similar tools, B2B campaign experience, direct publisher partnerships or integrated media planning exposure, and interest in account-based marketing.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Required to work an eight-hour day and be available online during core hours of 11 am–5 pm ET, excluding standard lunch and break times.
