This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• This contract role will spearhead the ADP Workforce Now implementation initiative across various employer entities, encompassing hourly, salary, union, non-union, prevailing wage, and tipped employees.
• The consultant will act as the project subject matter expert, collaborating closely with Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Finance, and IT teams to guarantee a smooth implementation, data migration, testing, training, and go-live experience.
• Design and oversee the comprehensive implementation project plan, including timeline, milestones, and deliverables.
• Function as the primary consultant and advisor throughout the entire implementation lifecycle.
• Organize project governance meetings, status updates, risk evaluations, and issue resolution efforts.
• Coordinate activities between internal stakeholders and the ADP implementation team.
• Examine and validate system requirements and business processes.
• Configure and enhance ADP Workforce Now modules, which include:
• Core HR
• Payroll (including General Ledger)
• Benefits Administration
• Time & Attendance
• Recruiting
• Performance Management
• Expenses
• Lead the strategy for data conversion from Paycom to ADP Workforce Now.
• Develop comprehensive testing plans and scripts.
• Create training materials for both administrators and end-users.
• Ensure that the implementation complies with federal, state, and local payroll and employment regulations.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of experience with ADP Workforce Now implementation.
• Proven success in leading complete HRIS and payroll implementations.
• Experience with migrations from Paycom or a similar HCM platform is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, benefits administration, time and attendance systems, HRIS configuration, and reporting.
• Experience in managing complex cross-functional projects.
• Advanced skills in Excel and data analysis.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel to company locations as project requirements dictate.
