Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP Developer – Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Configure and develop components within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including XDM Schemas, Datasets, Dataflows, Identities, Customer Profiles, Audiences, and Destinations.

• Create and support integrations between source and destination systems utilizing APIs, Adobe Connectors, batch files, and streaming data processing.

• Develop and maintain segments, audiences, and activation flows in Adobe Real-Time CDP.

• Set up and test customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).

• Create events, audiences, channel actions, decision rules, and data mappings.

• Conduct unit, integration, and regression testing.

• Investigate and address data failures, journey execution problems, and integration-related issues.

• Prepare technical documentation, functional mappings, test evidence, and deployment manuals.

• Adhere to established standards concerning architecture, security, privacy, data governance, and version control.

• Collaborate efficiently with global teams and international stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient experience in MarTech, Customer Data Platforms, Marketing Automation, Systems Integration, Software Development, and Digital Platforms.

• Involvement in at least one implementation or enhancement project related to Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), or comparable customer data platforms.

• Experience working within structured development teams that follow established testing and release protocols.

• Practical experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including XDM Schemas, Datasets, Data Ingestion, Identities, Customer Profiles, and Audiences.

• Familiarity with Adobe Real-Time CDP or Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).

• Understanding of customer segmentation, audience activation, consent and data privacy, data quality, and enterprise integrations.

• Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, SQL, or similar query languages.

• Knowledge of data mapping and troubleshooting techniques.

• Experience with Git and code version control systems.

• Understanding of testing and deployment methodologies.

• Advanced proficiency in English.
