This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Oversee, improve, and develop admissions systems.
• Construct communications, analyze data, and manage the Slate CRM platform.
• Facilitate the processing of student applications through all channels.
• Maintain application files and evaluate applicant records and transcripts.
• Confirm requirements and eligibility for waivers.
• Assist in system workflows and escalate any errors or exceptions.
• Execute Slate CRM queries and input CRM data through report forms and templates.
• Update document libraries on SharePoint.
• Refresh reporting data and conduct quality checks on admissions data, records, and reports.
• Diagnose issues with Slate CRM and other technological systems.
• Monitor business needs, identify functionality gaps, propose enhancements, and aid in new feature development.
• Support the development and usage of Slate CRM in collaboration with Systems & Operations leadership.
• Manage events, forms, queries, reports, communications, materials, portals, and data integrations.
• Enhance user experience, access, and development for internal staff, external offices, and prospective students.
• Create, modify, and execute data queries and reports in Slate and Microsoft Excel.
• Act as a resource for students, campus representatives, and the public regarding data, materials, and processing.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• One year of relevant experience.
• Additional education may be used to substitute for required experience, and additional related experience may be used to substitute for necessary education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, according to the JHU equivalency formula.
• Proficient in admissions systems, including Slate or similar CRM platforms.
• Capability to create and modify formulas and pivot tables in Excel.
• Previous experience in admissions, enrollment management, or a related field is preferred.
• Successful candidates will undergo a pre-employment background check.
• Applicants who are completing their final academic semester or quarter may be deemed eligible and may need to supply academic completion information.
