This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main admissions support liaison for both new and existing applicants.
• Gather, confirm, and monitor outstanding admissions materials, which include transcripts, employer documentation, and necessary program forms.
• Keep an accurate, real-time tracker of applicant statuses within the system.
• Conduct proactive outreach through email, text, and phone calls to assist applicants in completing their files.
• Assess and transition qualified candidates from "Incomplete" to "Complete" status.
• Identify and highlight potential file issues or unique cases to Admissions Advisors.
• Collaborate with Admissions Advisors to address missing documentation challenges and remove application bottlenecks.
• Recognize recurring trends that lead to delays in the completion process.
• Ensure that no application profile remains unreviewed or unattended for more than 3–5 business days.
• Elevate complex eligibility cases to designated team leaders.
• Conduct a weekly 30-minute pipeline review meeting with the Admissions Lead.
• Provide a brief end-of-week summary detailing applicants contacted, follow-up volume, applications transitioned to "Complete," escalation challenges, and operational trends.
• Work to decrease the "Incomplete" application backlog and improve turnaround time.
• Lessen the administrative workload for full-time admissions advisors.
• Ensure accurate documentation, tracking, and communication with applicants.
• Strong communication abilities and the capacity to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills pertinent to customer service and relationship management.
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
• Ability to effectively organize and prioritize tasks.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Enthusiasm for working with educators and a commitment to Reach University's mission.
• Experience in higher education is valued but not mandatory.
• Previous experience as a teacher is appreciated.
• Necessary prior experience in a customer-facing role with significant interaction.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and the Google Suite of products.
