Admissions Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct the Poland Admissions team, establishing targets and enhancing performance.

• Manage the complete admissions process from the application stage to enrolment.

• Track and enhance conversion metrics from application to offer and from offer to enrolment.

• Supervise application pipelines, pinpoint bottlenecks, and guarantee prompt follow-up.

• Collaborate with teams in Recruitment, Compliance, Marketing, and University Partnerships.

• Foster relationships with university admissions teams and manage complex-case escalations.

• Ensure that admissions procedures comply with university requirements and regulatory standards.

• Leverage CRM and performance data to identify trends and optimize processes.

• Generate admissions performance reports and forecasts for senior management.

• Mentor and develop the admissions team.

• Enhance processes, systems, and the overall student experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in international student admissions, student recruitment, higher education, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience in managing and developing a team.

• In-depth understanding of the international student application and admissions process.

• Strong commercial and analytical acumen, with experience in managing KPIs and conversion rates.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

• Experience with CRM/admissions systems and analyzing pipeline data.

• Proficient in English and Polish.

• Familiarity with the Polish higher education market is considered an advantage.
