This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee incoming patient inquiries via phone, email, web forms, and other communication methods.
• Offer program details and discuss insurance and financial matters with patients, their families, and referrers.
• Direct inquiries to the relevant departments and connect interested families with the Specialist.
• Gather patient information and input data into various systems and platforms.
• Arrange patient screening appointments and conduct follow-up reminder calls.
• Provide real-time support to patients and families seeking assistance.
• Address requests in a single contact or manage extended and intricate issues while preserving a positive customer experience.
• Overcome initial obstacles and motivate interested families and patients to proceed with the admissions process.
• Record call details accurately.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Part-time and temporary role: 20 hours per week for a duration of 6 months.
• Availability required from Sunday to Thursday, 4:00 PM–8:00 PM EST.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a call center representative, customer service representative, and/or in patient scheduling.
• Proven experience in managing fast-paced, high-volume inbound calls.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities with diverse groups.
• Highly organized and focused on achieving results.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that is subject to rapid changes and innovations.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
