This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Oversee the treatment team in collaboration with providers, care navigators, and administrative staff.
• Enhance and maintain clinical skills and knowledge relevant to the clinical service model.
• Follow the Groups Recovery System and ensure the delivery of consistent, high-quality counseling services.
• Perform intake assessments to determine individuals' suitability for the program.
• Complete designated clinical assessments daily.
• Offer individual support, including crisis intervention and referrals.
• Coordinate with external parties involved in members' treatment and collaborate with Care Navigators.
• Record members' progress using the tailored EMR system.
• Work with providers to assess the appropriateness of treatment for each member.
• Oversee compliance activities related to admission requirements and documentation.
• Engage in mandatory internal and external training sessions.
• Document care coordination requirements managed by Care Navigators.
• Represent the treatment team in discussions regarding challenging members.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Required licensure or certification includes LCSW, LPCC, LMHC, or LMFT, with the ability and willingness to secure licensure reciprocity in other states.
• At least two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD environment.
• Minimum of two years of experience conducting intakes in a SUD setting.
• High proficiency with technology, including EMR, email, software applications, mobile apps, and Google Apps.
• Strong commitment to member success.
• Capacity to uphold appropriate boundaries and accountability.
• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to foster positive relationships.
• Ability to make objective clinical decisions that reflect sound judgment and comply with the Groups Recovery System and harm reduction philosophy.
• Dedication to maintaining high ethical standards.

• Reliable internet and telephone services, with download speeds exceeding 40 Mbps, upload speeds over 10 Mbps, and a strong WiFi signal from the remote work location.
