This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, texts, and emails for both new and returning patients.
β’ Arrange qualified consultations that align with clinic-specific performance metrics and objectives.
β’ Utilize Salesforce and other platforms to manage patient follow-ups, monitor activities, and keep accurate communication records.
β’ Assist patients in the registration process and in creating their portal accounts.
β’ Coordinate referrals to providers and confirm insurance eligibility via insurance portals.
β’ Communicate details regarding coverage, expectations, and subsequent steps.
β’ Inform patients about various treatment options, procedures, and what to expect.
β’ Re-engage former patients and manage ongoing outreach efforts to support consultation volume and pipeline objectives.
β’ Provide administrative assistance during the patient onboarding process.
β’ Navigate multiple platforms while ensuring attention to detail.
β’ Operate independently in a remote work setting.
β’ Collaborate with clinical teams to prepare patients and facilitate their transition into care.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration or patient coordination is necessary.
β’ Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
β’ Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred; conversational skills are essential.
β’ Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is desired.
β’ Strong organizational skills with the capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Must be available to work during Pacific or Mountain Standard Time hours.
β’ Ability to work remotely while remaining productive, responsive, and accountable to performance metrics.
β’ Competitive hourly wage: $27-30/hour, paid bi-weekly.
