This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee RFx initiatives for designated categories and accounts, ensuring alignment on scope, evaluation criteria, timelines, and stakeholder contributions.

• Examine spending, total costs, and market data to create benchmarks, should-cost analyses, and award scenarios.

• Execute contract administration responsibilities, which include tracking redlines, capturing obligations, and managing renewal schedules.

• Assess supplier performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs), On-Time In-Full (OTIF) deliveries, quality, and service metrics; document outcomes and generate status reports.

• Facilitate handoffs with third-party logistics (3PL) and logistics teams while verifying volumes, lead times, labeling, and packaging specifications.

• Partner with risk management and insurance teams to evaluate vendors, ensuring maintenance of certificates, evidence of coverage, and risk registers.

• Track pipeline progress, savings, and sourcing activities using standard systems; ensure data accuracy and address any discrepancies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, procurement, event management, operations, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, category support, supply chain operations, purchasing, contract administration, project coordination, data analysis, business operations, or a related area is required.

• Certification as a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
