This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Serve as a liaison and provide administrative, technical, or operational support for ACGME-accredited training programs.
• Assist the Director with various projects and daily responsibilities.
• Lead orientation sessions and manage records to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Create and refresh interdepartmental educational initiatives.
• Help with the scheduling, coordination, preparation, and communication of meetings.
• Facilitate and participate in meetings, documenting key outcomes.
• Identify key milestones and deadlines, and communicate the status and requirements of projects.
• Conduct research, analyze, and organize information for presentations.
• Support department leadership with complex or large projects and take the initiative on simpler tasks.
• Oversee expenses in Oracle, including reimbursements, invoices, and procurement activities.
• Review and submit requests for travel and vacation.
• Coordinate didactic scheduling, including room bookings.
• Analyze working hours and manage residency assignment schedules using QGenda.
• Assist in planning events, including graduation ceremonies, Match Day, and other activities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Associate’s Degree with three years of administrative or project management experience; OR a High School Diploma/GED with five years of experience; OR a Bachelor’s Degree with one year of experience.
• Proficient computer skills with experience in various software applications.
• Capability to work in a stationary position for extended periods.
• Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.
• Willingness to travel throughout the hospital system.
• Effective communication skills for exchanging accurate information.
• In certain locations, ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Adhere to standard precautions by utilizing personal protective equipment as necessary.
• Compliance with the annual influenza vaccination program or an approved exemption is required.
• Offers are contingent upon testing for controlled substances.
• Annual influenza vaccination or an approved exemption under the influenza prevention program.
