Administrative Fellow

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in a full-time, salaried 12-month program that includes structured departmental rotations and tailored, project-focused initiatives.

• Collaborate directly with senior leadership to assist with enterprise initiatives and acquire insights into high-level board governance.

• Network with peers nationwide to enhance cross-regional collaboration, exchange key insights, and promote innovative solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• A master's degree (MHA, MHSA, MPH, or an equivalent healthcare/administrative program) from an accredited U.S. institution is preferred, either completed or in progress.

• A minimum GPA of 3.0 ("B" average) on a 4.0 scale is preferred.

• Current students in their final year of graduate study or recent graduates from an eligible master's program are preferred.

• A personal statement and two letters of recommendation (one professional and one academic) should be ready for submission upon request.

• Must be a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Visa sponsorship is not available for this program.

• No licensure, certification, or registration is required.
