Administration Officer – PR & Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist with the daily administrative, research, and reporting tasks of the communications team.

• Organize and archive client images and information in Dropbox and Google Drive.

• Refresh media and KOL lists utilizing Telum and online research resources.

• Manage calendar invitations, document formatting, forms, and basic email replies.

• Investigate media and influencers within Singapore and Southeast Asia.

• Analyze trends and topics relevant to account teams.

• Aid in product sourcing for media deliveries and events.

• Present research findings in PowerPoint or Word formats.

• Monitor online and social media publicity and coverage.

• Clip media coverage and save and label PDFs in client Dropbox folders.

• Update forms and coverage trackers accordingly.

• Compile monthly and end-of-campaign media reports for clients.

• Track KPIs, deliverables, and metrics in relation to contracted scopes of work.

• Execute additional position-level responsibilities as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.

• Suitable for entry-level candidates or individuals with 3-5 years of experience in an administrative capacity.

• Previous experience in a PR, social, or advertising agency is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Docs.

• Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or other graphic design software is advantageous.

• Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.

• Excellent time management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities across email, Teams, and WhatsApp.

• Capacity to work efficiently and thoroughly while juggling multiple priorities.

• Proactive in identifying and addressing issues while anticipating team needs.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
