This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Engage with patients following the established cadence to gather updates related to reimbursement and essential information to facilitate case progression.

• Accurately and promptly update and maintain patient records.

• Assist in reimbursement processes by collecting, reviewing, and documenting information associated with coverage, claims status, and patient access issues.

• Address reimbursement challenges, coverage obstacles, and specific case concerns by escalating them to the appropriate team members.

• Report all Adverse Events discovered during patient interactions to designated units or departments.

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in relevant systems and departmental files.

• Gather reimbursement-related data from various sources for tracking, reporting, and case management purposes.

• Collaborate with internal team members and management to assist in resolving case-related and workload-related challenges.

• Foster positive and professional working relationships with colleagues, management, and internal stakeholders.

• Adhere to relevant policies, procedures, privacy standards, safety regulations, and program guidelines.

• Execute related reimbursement support tasks as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED is required.

• 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role within a pharmaceutical environment.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite is essential.

• Demonstrated accuracy in processing large volumes of data.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

• Flexibility to adapt to changes and acquire new skills as necessary.

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required.

• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Analytical skills to compile information, identify discrepancies, and meet routine reporting requirements.

• Capability to resolve standard issues by following established procedures and using sound judgment regarding escalation needs.

• Proficiency in using standard productivity tools for document preparation, information management, and coordination of administrative tasks.
