📋 Description

• Mentor and guide students throughout the dissertation phase to cultivate scholars and methodologists.

• Act as a mentor and methodologist on various dissertation committees.

• Evaluate dissertation manuscripts and offer constructive feedback.

• Equip doctoral students to perform qualitative or quantitative dissertation research.

• Instruct courses in qualitative or quantitative research methods.

• Complete grading within five days and reply to student emails within 36 hours.

• Log into courses every 48 hours.

• Engage in continuous professional development.

• Comply with Liberty University policies while representing the institution in an exemplary fashion.

• Collaborate effectively as a team member while embracing and promoting Liberty University’s mission.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in an allied health profession such as Health Sciences, Rehabilitation Science, Physical Therapy, Communication Science, or Occupational Therapy.

• Proven experience in qualitative, quantitative, or mixed-methods research; the minimum requirement includes experience in a single methodology.

• Regular access to and proficiency with the Internet/e-mail.

• Terminal degree in Health Sciences or a related field (preferred).

• Experience with multiple methodologies (preferred).

• At least three years of full-time online teaching experience at the graduate level and a strong record of professional accomplishments (preferred).

• History of publications in academic or trade journals and an established research and/or professional content agenda (preferred).

• Personal dedication to Liberty University’s goals and values along with an active commitment to personal spiritual growth within a biblically informed Christian worldview.

• Ability to finalize grading within five days, respond to student emails within 36 hours, and check into courses every 48 hours.
