This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Provide online instruction in Human Anatomy through accelerated eight-week courses utilizing Canvas.

• Create and maintain course materials, which include lectures, lecture notes, learning objectives, PowerPoint presentations, syllabi, and assessments.

• Design and conduct examinations and other assessments to measure student learning and the achievement of course objectives.

• Foster an engaging and supportive online learning environment through innovative teaching methods and effective instructional practices.

• Offer academic guidance, mentorship, and prompt feedback to students.

• Engage in curriculum development, review, and evaluation activities.

• Collaborate with program leadership and faculty to enhance academic objectives and support student success.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ph.D. or an equivalent terminal degree in Human Anatomy.

• Proven knowledge and expertise in the field of Human Anatomy.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to work independently and efficiently in a remote instructional setting.

• Proficiency with technology and digital tools utilized in online education.

• Prior experience teaching in an online or asynchronous learning environment is preferred.

• Familiarity with Canvas or a similar Learning Management System is preferred.

• Experience in teaching accelerated courses at the graduate level is preferred.

• Proven ability to create engaging online instructional materials and assessments is preferred.

• Successful completion of a criminal history record check and, if applicable, financial and/or motor vehicle history checks.
