Adjunct Instructor – TESOL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional instruction and support to students at Westcliff University under the supervision of the Dean(s) and/or Program Chair(s).

• Instruct TESOL courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels.

• Uphold the university's mission, core values, and promote student success.

• Provide instruction in online, on-campus, or hybrid learning environments.

• Participate in the advancement and achievements of a progressive, student-focused institution.

• Adhere to job-related directives and undertake additional responsibilities as requested by the supervisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution, regionally, nationally, or internationally, in a relevant field.

• Candidates currently pursuing a Doctorate may be considered if they have completed at least 15 credits in their area of specialization.

• Experience in teaching through online, on-campus, or hybrid formats.

• A minimum of five years of teaching experience at the university level within the discipline.

• At least five courses taught at the undergraduate or graduate level prior to a full-time appointment.

• Hold appropriate teaching credentials and academic qualifications.

• Significant industry experience is required.

• Demonstrated excellence in both online and on-campus teaching formats.

• A proven commitment to educating students from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds.

• Must have a Master's degree from an accredited institution or its equivalent.
