Adjunct Faculty, Operations Management, Accounting and Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Instruct students remotely in the Operations program.

• Deliver courses such as Data, Cybersecurity, and AI in Business Strategy; Operations Management; Sustainability Management; Quality in the Value Chain; and Supply Chain.

• Foster student engagement through regular interactions that inspire success.

• Assist students in collaborating and applying their knowledge via problem- and project-based activities.

• Offer consistent constructive feedback and evaluate student assignments using established rubrics.

• Recognize and celebrate student achievements.

• Exhibit up-to-date subject-matter expertise and relate concepts across various academic programs of the students.

• Provide insights to the program chair regarding potential curricular enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.

• Relevant professional experience in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a similar field.

• Proven experience in teaching adult learners online and in a higher education setting is highly preferred.

• Applicants with international degrees may need to provide a translation or degree evaluation from a NACES-approved vendor.

• Capability to successfully complete the mandatory online two-week new faculty orientation, FacDev 411.
