ADAS Test Driver – Operator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Provide driving services using vehicles as per client requirements.

• Navigate and operate vehicles across designated routes, various terrains, and under different weather conditions.

• Adhere to traffic regulations, safety guidelines, and company driving standards.

• Assess and monitor ADAS performance during practical driving scenarios.

• Record user feedback regarding ADAS usability, effectiveness, and driver experience.

• Stay alert when ADAS features are engaged and take action when needed.

• Communicate effectively with other drivers or operators while the vehicle is in motion.

• Oversee onboard data collection systems.

• Ensure that sensors, cameras, and recording devices are functioning correctly.

• Log test runs, conditions, incidents, and observations in real time.

• Upload, organize, categorize, and perform quality checks on collected data.

• Identify data irregularities and system issues for technical assessment.

• Conduct vehicle inspections before and after shifts.

• Manage data acquisition systems and apply tagging techniques to objects, obstacles, and anomalies.

• Follow instructions from the project manager and provide daily or requested reports.

• Uphold the confidentiality of documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum of 5 years of licensed driving experience.

• Valid Driver's License.

• Clean driving record for at least the past 7 years.

• Experience with ADAS features is highly desirable.

• Practical knowledge of how to activate, deactivate, and operate standard ADAS features.

• Familiarity with common ADAS user interfaces, controls, and warning signals.

• Proficient with computers and data management software.

• Physically capable of supporting test preparation and execution in outdoor settings.

• Flexible schedule with the ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.

• Comply with workplace health and safety standards and practices.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Capable of driving passenger vehicles for up to 8 hours daily.

• Must work in a drug-free environment.
