Ad Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Supervise the development of new banner advertisements for the US market.

• Act as the intermediary between the account management team and the internal creative, development, and technical account management teams.

• Comprehend the overarching business objectives of clients.

• Take charge of the US banner orders queue.

• Ensure the efficient and successful creation of banner ads for US clientele.

• Collaborate with internal graphic design teams on new client creative requests, promotional banners, and other advertising materials.

• Assist account managers and sales managers by providing insights on new and existing creative products and processes.

• Perform regular quality assurance checks on creative advertising materials.

• Support technical account managers with campaign integration and optimization activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the digital advertising industry.

• Proficient in English.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong time management capabilities, attention to detail, and self-organization skills.

• Ability to resolve issues effectively.

• Interest in online technology, e-commerce, and/or digital advertising.

• Highly self-motivated with a desire to learn.
