This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage programmatic and direct I/O creatives within Campaign Manager 360, encompassing standard, HTML5, and third-party served creatives.

• Create, implement, and conduct quality assurance for impression trackers, click trackers, and daisy-chained tags across CM360, DSPs, and publisher partners.

• Utilize macros and custom variables throughout tag chains for downstream data requirements.

• Execute and verify site-side tracking through Google Tag Manager, GA4, and platform pixels.

• Employ data layer variables for triggers and address tracking issues.

• Oversee conversion tracking accuracy, including UTM governance and setup for conversion events.

• Coordinate offline conversion imports and integrations with CRM or marketing automation systems alongside client teams.

• Address tagging and tracking inquiries from Media and Analytics teams.

• Act as the primary contact for technical matters related to ad serving, verification vendors, and third-party tracking.

• Collaborate with Programmatic Activation on missing assets, campaign pacing, and readiness for launch.

• Assist Paid Social and Paid Search teams with conversion tracking, pixel and tag implementation, UTM consistency, and campaign quality assurance.

• Work with Client Service to ensure timely delivery of client assets.

• Manage the intake, tracking, and documentation of trafficking and tagging requests.

• Contribute to campaign performance reporting and highlight delivery, tracking, or data quality concerns.

• Document and enhance ad operations processes and quality assurance checklists.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in ad operations, preferably in an agency or ad tech environment.

• Extensive hands-on knowledge of Campaign Manager 360, including placements, creatives, ad tracking, and Floodlight configuration.

• Proficiency with impression trackers, click trackers, HTML5 creatives, and daisy-chained tags.

• Experience in DSP tag setup, platform macros, and custom variables.

• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and data layer variables.

• Practical experience with pixel implementation across platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, and others.

• Understanding of verification and viewability vendors such as IAS or DoubleVerify.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and browser debugging tools.

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, including use of pivot tables and formulas.

• Knowledge of media planning and buying processes, along with campaign KPIs such as CTR, viewability, conversion rate, and CPL.

• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, including conveying technical concepts to non-technical team members and clients.

• Excellent prioritization skills and capability to manage multiple deadlines.

• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo is a plus.

• Background in supporting B2B or SaaS advertisers is advantageous.

• Experience handling large, complex accounts is beneficial.

• Familiarity with server-side tagging, consent management, or privacy-related tracking changes is a plus.

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States; this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

• Candidates located in PT or CT time zones are preferred; ET candidates will also be considered.
