Acute Wound Healing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clinicians to ensure the safe and effective application of Solventum products

• Participate in procedures and placements within hospital care environments

• Drive business expansion by achieving sales objectives, managing accounts, and overseeing territories

• Recognize and address customer financial and clinical needs

• Provide education to clinicians, including conducting inservicing sessions

• Establish and nurture relationships with both clinical and economic stakeholders

• Leverage clinical and economic data to enhance therapy adoption and facilitate new product launches

• Advocate for proposed solutions and products to stakeholders

• Offer customer support and service

• Exhibit proficiency upon completing the sales training program

• Utilize company software for planning, managing the sales pipeline, and tracking utilization

• Represent Solventum at conferences, trade shows, and symposiums

• Manage the transition of patient care

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher along with 4 years of sales and/or clinical experience, OR a High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of sales and/or clinical experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Possession of a current, valid Driver’s License

• Successful completion of a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review is required

• Must maintain ongoing eligibility under Solventum’s driver policy, insurance standards, and annual policy sign-off

• Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status is required

• May need to obtain licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials as mandated by healthcare or third-party facilities
