Acute Wound Healing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Act as a consultative expert in wound healing and serve as the main point of contact for hospital wound care decision-makers.

• Provide guidance to clinicians on the safe and effective use of Solventum products.

• Attend to procedures and placements within the hospital care environment.

• Drive sustainable business growth through effective account and territory management and by meeting sales targets.

• Identify and address customer financial and clinical priorities.

• Educate clinicians, including through in-service training sessions.

• Develop and nurture relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders.

• Utilize clinical and economic evidence to promote therapy adoption, advanced solutions, and the introduction of new products.

• Influence key stakeholders to endorse proposed solutions and products.

• Provide ongoing customer support and service.

• Utilize company software for planning, managing pipelines, and tracking utilization.

• Represent Solventum at conferences, trade shows, and symposiums.

• Facilitate patient transitions of care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher along with 2 years of sales, clinical, or related experience.

• OR a High School Diploma/GED combined with 4 years of sales, clinical, or related experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Possession of a current, valid Driver’s License.

• Must successfully pass a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review and maintain ongoing eligibility.

• Compliance with Solventum’s driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy sign-off is required.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status.

• May need to hold specific licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials or qualifications to access healthcare or third-party facilities.
