This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Act as a consultative expert in wound healing and the main point of contact for decision-makers in hospital wound care.
• Advise clinicians on the safe and effective application of Solventum products.
• Participate in procedures and placements within the hospital care environment.
• Drive sustainable business growth by meeting sales targets through effective account and territory management.
• Identify and address customer financial and clinical needs.
• Provide education to clinicians regarding product usage, including inservice training.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders.
• Utilize clinical and economic evidence to promote therapy adoption, including advanced solutions and new product launches.
• Convince key stakeholders to support recommended solutions and products.
• Offer customer support and service.
• Exhibit proficiency upon the successful completion of the sales training program.
• Utilize company software for planning, pipeline management, and tracking utilization.
• Represent Solventum at industry conferences, trade shows, and symposiums.
• Facilitate patient transitions of care.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 2 years of sales and/or clinical experience; OR a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of sales and/or clinical experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Valid and current Driver’s License.
• Must successfully complete a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review.
• Must maintain ongoing eligibility under Solventum’s driver policy, insurance criteria, and annual policy acknowledgment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
• May need to have licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials as required by healthcare or third-party facilities.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales quotas and targets.
• Previous experience in wound care or medical device sales.
• Ability to build customer relationships with key influencers, such as surgeons.
• Experience in territory management and business planning.
• Strong understanding of clinical value drivers across various care areas.
• Customer-focused approach to selling and closing deals.
• Experience in navigating complex sales cycles.
• Completion of a formal sales training program.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
• Experience with new product launches and the value analysis process.
