This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Convert actuarial processes and non-functional requirements into precise platform specifications

• Assess the appropriateness of solutions in relation to business, control, and operational demands

• Act as a representative for the specialized business domain in workshops, design discussions, and governance meetings

• Examine process and data implications throughout the complete solution

• Verify assumptions, requirements, controls, and outcomes

• Assist with prioritization, testing, issue management, and formal acceptance from the business

• Collaborate closely with business SMEs, technology, data, and testing teams to ensure alignment with the targeted solution

• Contribute to a transformation initiative within a substantial life and pensions organization

• Help define essential platform capabilities for the Foundation platform (Core Enablement)

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience in actuarial processes, platform modifications, or business transformation in the financial services sector

• Proven track record of translating business and non-functional requirements into platform or solution specifications

• Capacity to evaluate process, data, and control ramifications in intricate environments

• Background in supporting testing, business acceptance, and resolving issues

• Self-assured in representing subject matter expertise in design and governance discussions

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities

• Analytical mindset paired with strong attention to detail

• Proficient in challenging assumptions and effectively validating requirements

• Comfortable operating in a complex, regulated, enterprise-scale setting

• Availability until January 2027
