This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Paraguay.
• Oversee WWF's Panda Ambassador Program, which includes recruiting candidates, vetting applicants, onboarding participants, and providing project guidance.
• Create and implement recruitment strategies aimed at attracting highly engaged candidates.
• Organize and produce Ambassador resources such as toolkits, project templates, and educational materials utilizing Airtable and Canva.
• Facilitate monthly calls for Panda Ambassadors and promote engagement within the online community platform.
• Ensure that Ambassador activities are in alignment with broader campaign narratives.
• Conduct research and propose best practices for advocacy, as well as emergent technologies, tools, and tactics.
• Assist in the planning and execution of Activism & Outreach events, including the annual Lobby Day, expert panels, and mobilizations.
• Oversee the annual Youth Conservation Leadership Award application process, including review and engagement with awardees.
• Coordinate and execute WWF's activism social media strategy, which includes content creation, scheduling posts, and collaboration on the @WWF_Act Instagram account.
• Monitor and report on engagement metrics while providing data-driven insights to enhance program effectiveness.
• Carry out additional duties as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in online advocacy or activism.
• Proficiency in Canva and Airtable.
• Skilled in social media content creation, particularly for Instagram and X/Twitter.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Proven capability to simplify complex scientific concepts for general audiences.
• Excellent proactive communication skills and timely responsiveness.
• Ability to encourage collaboration across departments.
• Capacity to prioritize tasks and deliver high-quality work under time constraints while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Commitment to fostering and enhancing a culture of inclusion within teams and across the organization.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must complete employment eligibility verification upon hire.
