Acquisition Identification Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive market analysis to identify acquisition prospects that align with MCI's strategic goals.

• Establish phone and email communication with potential acquisition targets to collect insights and assess their interest.

• Create succinct, data-driven summary reports containing recommendations for the CEO and the M&A team.

• Manage and regularly update a pipeline database of potential acquisition candidates.

• Assist with ongoing M&A projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Track industry trends and competitive environments to uncover new opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

• 0–2 years of experience in finance, business development, or M&A.

• Strong capabilities in research and analysis.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines.

• Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach.

• Authorization to work in the country where the position is located is required.

• Willingness to undergo a Level II background and/or security investigation with fingerprinting.

• Consent to drug screening is mandatory.
