Accreditation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia.

📋 Description

• Oversee accredited certification programs and manage client relationships.

• Ensure that accreditation processes comply with regulatory, quality, and ethical standards.

• Perform assessments of certification bodies to align with international standards.

• Utilize project management, analytical, and communication skills in accreditation tasks.

• Keep precise documentation and records.

• Adjust to changing standards, regulations, and client requirements.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance sustainability-related certifications.

• Assist ANAB’s clients and engage with various industries and teams.

• Travel domestically and internationally as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a pertinent technical discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in conformity assessment, standardization, or quality assurance.

• Proven experience in project management and client support management.

• A broad range of assessment (or auditing) experience.

• Capability to lead teams and manage projects effectively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Strong typing skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Ability to collaborate with a diverse range of audiences.

• Familiarity with accreditation programs, standards, and the accredited conformity market landscape.

• Commitment to ongoing learning and adaptability in high-pressure situations.

• Solid technical foundation in telecommunications, including FCC programs and widely-recognized economic agreements.

• Direct experience in telecommunications, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), or related product certification.

• Knowledge of applicable standards, regulations, and accreditation procedures.

• Strong project and time management capabilities.

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.

• Keen attention to detail and dedication to quality assurance.

• Ethical conduct, diplomacy, and professionalism in interactions with stakeholders.
