Accounts Receivables Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Identify and address discrepancies in financial transactions prior to fund allocation.

• Collaborate with accounting teams and field offices to facilitate accounts receivable processes and troubleshoot issues.

• Manage exceptions related to operating and trust accounts with appropriate resolution and documentation.

• Partner with Account Managers to pinpoint payments and accurately assign them to the relevant accounts.

• Conduct daily reconciliation between bank payments and receipts recorded in the system.

• Collect supporting documentation and forward it to the Supervisor for assessment.

• Process finance agreements for funding in accordance with established protocols.

• Address portal tickets, inquiries, and related issues.

• Oversee interoffice bank transfers with the necessary documentation and compliance.

• Review and resolve payments within the "Claim this Client" system.

• Monitor and manage aged receivables and rectify any outstanding issues.

• Provide backup support during busy periods or in the absence of team members.

• Assist with special projects as assigned by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Required experience in insurance accounting.

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a comparable financial analysis role.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent customer service skills and background.

• Proficiency in accounting software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Outstanding written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing processes and a willingness to learn.
