Accounts Receivable, Billing Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Oversee outstanding receivables due to DAKCS and PDCflow by generating itemized statements, recurring bills, and invoices.

• Ensure the accuracy of invoices, distribute them to clients, and respond to customer inquiries regarding billing.

• Calculate final balances by determining subscription fees, taxes, and usage charges.

• Investigate accounts to address discrepancies, deductions, and chargebacks.

• Perform collection outreach on overdue accounts.

• Assist with cash applications and maintain records for customer accounts.

• Review monthly invoices and process payments accordingly.

• Investigate instances of non-payment.

• Provide specialized administrative support to management.

• Help the controller in overseeing the financial aspects of software platforms.

• Knowledge of financial accounting and fundamental collections practices.

• A high level of independence, initiative, and accountability regarding weekly hours.

• 3–5 years of experience in accounts receivable or general billing.

• Proficient in QuickBooks accounting software.

• Intermediate Excel capabilities, including formulas, filtering, and basic functions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively without sacrificing accuracy or concentration.

• Experience or a keen interest in utilizing contemporary AI productivity software.
