Accounts Payable Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Process vendor payments through checks, credit cards, or ACH transactions.

• Offer direct assistance to vendors.

• Provide support in both field and departmental operations.

• Input both P.O. and Non-P.O. invoices, averaging between 500 and 600 weekly.

• Aid in the annual 1099 filing process.

• Investigate vendor inquiries related to purchase orders and invoice/credit payment statuses.

• Manage and distribute incoming mail to ensure efficient and accurate accounts payable processing.

• Collaborate with buyers to resolve any issues regarding purchase orders and invoices.

• Offer assistance to vendors and employees as needed.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent experience required.

• Minimum of one year of relevant experience and/or training.

• Attention to detail is essential.

• Basic mathematical skills are necessary.

• Ability to thrive in a team environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are needed.

• Proficient computer skills, including 10-key, Microsoft Excel, and Word.

• Familiarity with SAP A/P software is preferred.

• May be required to obtain specific vaccinations or provide proof of current vaccination status in accordance with customer and/or company policies.
