This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Generate customer invoices based on confirmed orders and facilitate the transition with Order Management.
• Monitor deposits and reconcile payments according to delivery milestones while pursuing overdue payments.
• Enter supplier invoices and expense claims into QuickBooks.
• Organize payment runs for approval by the Director.
• Keep bank reconciliations updated in QuickBooks.
• Create monthly financial snapshots that include AR aging, AP outstanding, and cash position.
• Oversee TMC’s statutory compliance calendar and monitor deadlines until submission.
• Prepare monthly CPF contributions for the Director's approval and subsequent submission.
• Compile quarterly GST (F5) calculations and supporting documents.
• Provide corporate tax inputs, including ECI and Form C-S/C, along with necessary supporting materials.
• Assemble year-end documentation for the external accountant and address any inquiries.
• Monitor and follow up on ACRA filings and other statutory submissions.
• Maintain records related to finance, vendors, contracts, and document control.
• Order office and operational supplies while tracking expenditures against the budget.
• Maintain a vehicle register and send reminders for servicing, road tax, insurance, and inspection renewals.
• Monitor renewals for subscriptions, licenses, leases, and service contracts.
• Coordinate vendor requests for office and showroom maintenance.
• Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned by the Director.
• Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management or a related discipline.
• Over 3 years of experience in full-cycle bookkeeping, accounting, or a similar financial role.
• Strong preference for experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English, from average to excellent.
• Practical experience with QuickBooks Online or other relevant accounting software.
• Skilled in Google Workspace, including Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, and additional productivity tools.
• Background in statutory compliance and general administrative functions.
• Capability to independently manage daily accounting and administrative responsibilities.
• Familiarity with Singapore statutory compliance, including CPF, GST, corporate tax, and ACRA filings.
