• Manage invoice processing, coding, tracking, and payment entries expertly to ensure smooth accounts payable and receivable operations.

• Leverage extensive knowledge of Yardi Voyager 7S and procure-to-pay workflows to efficiently process transactions and maintain highly accurate accounting records.

• Actively examine billing details and financial data to discover discrepancies, rectify errors, and maintain exceptional standards of financial precision.

• Engage in critical thinking, suggest workflow enhancements, and collaborate effectively with leadership to develop more streamlined accounting practices.

• 1-3 years of accounting experience

• Proficient in Yardi Voyager 7S

• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

• Comfortable utilizing AI productivity tools
