Accounting Specialist, AP/AR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Gather campaign performance, revenue, and payment reports from marketing tracking systems to assist in Accounts Receivable calculations.

• Analyze expected client revenue and payments in relation to actual deposits, investigate discrepancies, and keep precise records of outstanding balances.

• Monitor invoices and overdue payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and aid in ensuring timely collections.

• Review and process vendor invoices and payment requests, confirming amounts and supporting documentation to guarantee accurate and prompt payments.

• Reconcile vendor statements and payment records, oversee payment schedules, and maintain organized Accounts Payable records for both domestic and international transactions.

• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports utilizing campaign performance and transaction data, employing Excel or Google Sheets to structure information and assist in reconciliations.

• Acquire knowledge of and navigate marketing tracking platforms such as Voluum, Everflow, and CAKE to enhance financial tracking and reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, billing, or a related financial role.

• Proven experience in managing both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and reconciliations.

• Experience dealing with financial transactions involving international clients and/or vendors.

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for financial tracking, reporting, and data organization.

• Capability to compare expected and actual payment amounts, recognize discrepancies, and assist in their resolution.

• Familiarity with Voluum, Everflow, CAKE, or comparable marketing tracking platforms is advantageous.

• Advanced English proficiency (C1+).
